WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

The shipping time will depend on the availability of the product ordered.

A product which is available will be shipped within 3 to 5 working days after order confirmation.

A product which is not available at the time of the order or a customised product will manufactured in our workshop and will be shipped within a maximum of 4 to 6 weeks after order confirmation.

DOES MY BAG'S COLOUR CORRESPOND EXACTLY TO WHAT I SEE ON THE WEBSITE ?

The configuration of your computer screen may possibly influence the display of colours on the images of justcampagne.com. If you have any doubt about the colour of your choice, you can contact our customer service for further information.

HOW TO MEASURE MY BELT SIZE?

HOW TO CUSTOMISE A JUST CAMPAGNE PRODUCT?

It is very simple, go to the "Customisation" tab in the shop and follow the 6 steps of customisation.

First choose your model, then select the material & exterior colour, the material & interior colour, the sewing thread, the finish of the accessories, the embossing of "Just Campagne" and option of adding your initials. Your order will then be summarised and you can add it to your shopping cart. The next step will be confirming the item(s) in your shopping cart and filling the information relative to payment.

WHAT'S THE FOLLOW-UP OF THE ORDER ?

After confirmation of payment and receipt of your order by our services, you will receive an email indicating the expected shipping time. Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email indicating the tracking number.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER ON THE WEBSITE ?

Following your order’s confirmation, you can monitor the progress and status of your order through your account on the website, in the “Order tracking” section. We’ll still keep you updated of important fabrication & delivery steps by email.

HOW DO I CONNECT TO MY ACCOUNT?

Your user name is the email address you provided when you registered at justcampagne.com, and chose your password. If you have forgotten your password, you can ask for another one by clicking on "forgotten password".

IS IT POSSIBLE TO MODIFY MY CUSTOMISED ORDER AFTER THE PAYMENT?

Your customised product is made especially for you as soon as your order has been validated and payed, it is very difficult for us to modify it.

Nevertheless, please contact us as quickly as possible so that we can discuss the possible changes together bonjour@justcampagne.com

DELIVERY

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS?

Complimentary standard delivery is offered worldwide.

Express delivery, if available, is at the client’s charge.

Our service provider undertakes the delivery within 48 hours to Metropolitan France and within 4 to 6 days for shipments to Europe and 5 to 10 days for the rest of the world.

RETURN

IS IT POSSIBLE TO EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT?

Please send us your request by email at bonjour@justcampagne.com within 14 days.


Custom orders can not be exchanged.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO RETURN A PRODUCT?

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return your product and receive an exchange or credit. The return costs are the to be paid by the customer and only one exchange is possible per order.

Custom orders can not be returned.

To be eligible, you must include the delivery note with any return and your product must be in it’s original state (not worn) with an intact return tag as well as its complete packaging.

HOW TO IDENTIFY MY BAG?

To identify a bag, look inside: a label indicates the model name, the serial number of your bag and the material.

HOW TO IDENTIFY MY BASKET AND THE INSIDE POUCH?

To identify a basket and the inside pouch, look inside: a label indicates the name of the model, the serial number of your bag and the material.

IS THIS POSSIBLE TO REPAIR OR CLEAN MY PRODUCT?

Please send us your request by email to bonjour@justcampagne.com specifying the identification of your product, model name and serial number - see question above “ How to identify my product”. We will be happy to see what can be done!
