DOES THE COLOR OF MY BAG MATCH EXACTLY WHAT I SEE ON THE WEBSITE?

The configuration of your computer screen may possibly influence the display of colors on the images of justcampagne.com.
If you have any doubts about the color of your choice, you can contact our customer service who will give you additional information.

HOW TO CUSTOMIZE A JUST CAMPAGNE PRODUCT?

It's very simple, go to the "Personalization" tab in the store and follow the 6 customization steps.

First choose your model, then select the exterior material & color, the interior material & color, the sewing thread, the finish of the accessories, the “Just Campagne” brand and the option of the initials. You can then click on “add your product to the basket”. All you have to do is place an order by validating your basket and filling in the payment information.

After confirmation of payment and receipt of your order by our services, you will receive an email indicating the shipping time -

An available product will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days after order confirmation.

A product not available at the time of the order or a personalized product will be manufactured in our workshops and will be shipped within a maximum of 4 to 6 weeks after order confirmation.

Our service provider undertakes to deliver your package within 48 hours to Metropolitan France and within 4 to 6 days for shipments to Europe, and 5 to 10 days for the rest of the world.

RETURN

IS IT POSSIBLE TO EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT?
